摘　　要： 随着全球对气候问题的日益关注,加之金融危机的冲击,清洁技术产业得到了前所未有的发展。许多国家推出加速绿色专利审查的实践以促进绿色技术创新及其商业化,增强其绿色产业的国际竞争力。论文重点分析英国、美国、韩国和日本的绿色专利加速审查实践,对各国实践的重点内容进行比较研究。并就我国建立绿色专利加速审查程序应注意的问题进行探讨。 Under the environmental crisis and the financial crisis, many countries hope to encourage economic recovery throught the development of green industry. Some of them introduced the program to expedite searching and examination of green patent and enhance the competitiveness of their green industry. This paper studied the examination program for green patent application in UK, US, Korea and Japan, and analyses the differences of these programs. It discussed the issues that we need to pay attention to when China builds its own program of expedite patent examination for green patent applications.
