基于新型载体材料的高效接触氧化处理农村生活污水的试验研究

摘  要: 针对平原河网区农村生活污水未经处理、任意排放问题,以海绵铁和纳米凹凸棒土复合亲水性聚氨酯泡沫为载体进行了高效接触氧化法处理农村生活污水试验。结果表明,高效接触氧化装置对农村生活污水的COD、TP、TN、NH3-N、SS均有较高的去除率,分别为77.81%、67.93%、45.84%、83.35%、94.49%,出水水质达到GB 18918-2002一级A标准。每吨产水投资1 000元以下,直接运行费用在0.2~0.4元,具有良好的经济性,适合在农村分散生活污水处理中进行应用推广。 For the case of that rural domestic wastewater is discharged without treatment in the plain river network area, sponge iron and nano-attapulgite clay compound hydrophilic polyurethane foam were used as the carrier in the high performance contact oxidation process to treat rural domestic wastewater. The results showed that: high efficient contact oxidation equipment had a higher removal rate of COD (77.81%), TP (67.93%), TN (45.84%), NH3-N (83.35%), SS (94.49%) in treating rural sewage. The effluent can meet the national GB 18918--2002 A standard. The investments of per ton of water was less than 1 000 yuan and the direct operating costs was between 0.22-0.4 yuan. The technology had a good economy, which was particularly suitable to promote the application of decentralized sewage treatment in rural.
