摘　　要： 为了有效解决县(市)域人地矛盾日益冲突、空间形态日趋破碎、生态环境日趋恶化、空间管理效能低下等难题,力争实现成为国家和省主体功能区划的必要层次和有效补充,为城乡统筹、新型城镇化、新农村建设、生态产业空间布局、生态环境保护、宜居生活空间布局、重大基础设施和重大产业项目落地提供宏观决策参考的宏伟目标,创新性地提出了复合生态空间、县(市)域复合生态空间发展概念.在此基础上,重点探究县(市)域复合生态空间的基本空间单元、空间格局和功能结构,县(市)域复合生态空间发展的组织机制和途径,以及县(市)域复合生态空间发展战略规划理念、目标、原则与核心内容. The concepts of composite eco-space and county （city） composite eco-space development have been submitted in order to solve effectively such problems as more acute contradiction between human and nature, more fragment spatial form, worsening ecological environment, more inefficient spatial management, to achieve grand goal of becoming necessary level and effective supplement of national and provincial main function zoning, providing decision-making reference to urban-rural integration, new urbanization, new country construction, protection of ecological environment, spatial layout of ecological industry, livable living, major infrastructure and major industrial projects. The essential spatial units, spatial patterns and functional structures of county （city） composite ecological space, organizational mechanisms and development routes of county （city） composite eco-space as well as ideas, objectives, principles and core contents of development strategical planning of county （city） composite eco-space have been explored.
