摘 要: 为获得填有较好抑菌效果的傲藻藻株,用7种溶剂提取20株微藻的活性物质,斤采用纸片法对9种常见病原真菌和细菌进行抑菌活性试验,刚时提取有较好抑菌效果藻株的粗脂进行抑菌活性试验。结果表明:20株微藻中有7株微藻提取液对9种病原前中的8种有一定的抑菌活性;乙醚作为溶剂的提取液抑菌效果最好,广谱性最强;粗脂-乙醚提取液的抑菌活性强于普通乙醚提取液:浸捉3~5d的提取液抑菌效果最好:提取液对病原细菌的抑菌效果明显好于病原真菌。 In order to discover the microalgae algae strain with better antimicrobial effect, active substance was extracted from twenty microalgae by 7 kinds of solvent. And then, we applied agar disc diffusion test to compare antimicrobial effects among 9 plant pathogens, and the crude grease extraeteds from microalgaes with better antimicrobial effect. As a results, extracts of 7 out of total 20 microalgae had higher antimicrobial activity against 8 pathogens. And ether was the best extraction to extracts which had the strongest antimicrobiat effect and the broadest spectnml resistance. The crude grease with ether extraction had stronger antimicrobial activity than ordinary ether extraction did, and 3-5 days lasting were necessary to the best antimicrobial effect of extraction. Besides, the anti-bacterial effects of microalgae extract against bacteria were much stronger than fungi.
