摘　　要： 采用GC/MS法对海芋挥发性化学成分进行研究,确认了28个化学成分。其中主要的化学成分为1,2-苯二甲酸双(2-异丁基)酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、3-(1',3'-β-环己二烯)-吲哚、5-十四碳烯-3-炔、2,3-二氢-苯骈呋喃等。用气相色谱面积归一法测定了各成分的相对百分含量,结果表明1,2-苯二甲酸双(2-异丁基)酯含量最高,占32.51%。 The chemical components of essential oil from giant taro, Alocasia macrorrhiza（L.） Schott were analyzed by GC/MS method and 28 chemicals were isolated and identified. The main chemical components were 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, his （2-methylpropyl） ester ; dibutyl phthalate; 3-（1＇,3＇-buta-dienyl）-indole; 5-tetradecen-3-yne, （e）- ; 2,3-dihydro-benzofuran. The relative percentages of the chemical components were determined by normalization method. The result showed that the relative percentage of chemical component 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, bis（2-methylpropyl） ester was highest, with a relative percentage of 32.51%.
