摘　　要： 针对当前企业对人才的需求与高素质创新型人才不足之间的矛盾,基于工作过程系统化开发Pro/E三维设计项目课程,创建特色鲜明的网络教学平台。结合高职院校学生的实际情况以及各课程之间的内在联系,从培养学生的工程职业能力和职业素质出发,将Pro/E技术融入机械制图、机械设计基础课程中。实践证明,教学资源质量和教学效益显著提高。通过考证培训、技能竞赛、创新作品,强化学生的工程实践能力和创新能力。 In view of the contradiction between current enterprise＇ s demand for qualified personnel and high quality innovative talents shortage, pro/E 3D design project curriculum was developed based on the systematization of working process. Network teaching platform was created with distinctive characteristic. Combined with the actual situation of students in higher vocational colleges and the immanent connection between each course, pro/E technology was integrated into the mechanical drawing, mechanical design basis course on the training of students＇ engineering ability and occupation quality of occupation. Experience proves that teaching resources quality and teaching effect are improved obviously. Students＇ engineering practice ability and innovative ability are strengthened through research training, skills competition and innovation works.
