摘　　要： 培育新型农业经营主体是在"四化同步"发展、农产品价值链升级、建立完善新型农业社会化服务体系背景下的必然选择。家庭农场、农民专业合作社和农业企业等多种形式新型农业经营主体的产生有其理论基础。应从加强组织领导、加大金融扶持、优化农技服务、完善基建配套等方面来培育新型农业经营主体。 The cultivation of new agricultural management entities is the inevitable choice for the synchronization development of ＂informationization, industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization＂, the value chain upgrading of the agricultural products under the background of the foundation of new agricultural social service system. The generation of various new agricultural management entities, such as the family farm, farmer professional cooperatives and agricultural enterpr/ses has its theoretical basis. We should strengthen the organization leadership and the financial support, optimize the service, perfect infrastructure to cultivate new agricultural management entities.
