摘 要: 针对当前对创业导向研究忽略嵌入关系的不足,引入关系强度概念,探讨了创业导向、关系强度(进一步细分为强关系和弱关系)与企业绩效之间的关系,以120家高新技术企业为样本,对相关研究假设进行实证研究。研究发现,创业导向对高新技术企业绩效有促进作用;关系强度对高新技术企业绩效有着正向影响。细分来看,强关系对财务绩效的促进作用强于弱关系,弱关系对创新绩效的促进作用大于强关系;同时,强关系能增强创业导向对高新技术企业财务绩效的促进作用。 This paper compensates the neglecting of the effect of embeddedness when studying Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO), it discussed the relationship of EO ,tie strength (subdivided into strong ties and weak ties) and firm performance, it choose 120 High-tech as research subject. Result shows that: EO has positive effects on performance of high-tech firms ; Tie strength has posi- tive impact on performance of high-tech firms ; strong ties have positive impact on financial performance, and it have stronger im- pact than weak ties, weak ties have positive impact on product innovation performance of high-tech firms, and have stronger im- pact than strong ties. Meanwhile, strong ties can moderate the positive impact of EO on financial performance.
