摘 要: 影响新生代农民工身份认同的主要因素归纳为职位特征、乡土记忆、城市经历和发展预期四个方面。基于对四川364位新生代农民工的问卷调查,使用最优尺度回归模型检验了新生代农民工身份认同的影响因素。结果显示:新生代农民工对于自己的身份认同较为清晰,且大多认同自己的工人身份;模型中的职位特征、乡土记忆、城市经历以及发展预期都对新生代农民工身份认同产生一定影响;受教育程度、所处职位、是否了解惠农政策、是否融入城市生活和入户意愿五个因素最终影响新生代农民工的身份认同。 This paper reduces the factors affecting identity of the new generation off-farm workers to position characteristics, countryside memory, urban experience and development expectation. Afterwards, based on the sampling survey of 364 new generation migrant workers in Sichuan Province, this paper examines the factors affecting identity of the new generation off-farm workers by Optimal Scaling Regression. The results show as follows: New generation migrant workers are clear on their identity. Most of them identify themselves with an identity of workers. In the model, position characteristics, countryside memory, urban experience and development expectation all affect the identity of new generation migrant workers. Specifically, the significant factors include educational background, position, knowledge benefiting farming policy, urban integration situation and the willing of staying in city.
