摘 要: 本试验采用单因子完全随机试验设计,研究了9个硫胺素添加水平(0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0、4.0、16.0 mg/kg)对1~24日龄北京鸭生产性能和屠宰性能的影响,估测北京鸭生长前期硫胺素的需要量。选取体重相近的1日龄健康雄性北京鸭630只,随机分为9个处理组,每个处理7个重复,每个重复10只鸭。结果表明,不同硫胺素添加水平对1~24日龄北京鸭日增重、胸肌率、腿肌率和腹脂率的影响均不显著(P>0.05),4 mg/kg添加组采食量和料肉比显著提高(P<0.05);基础饲粮中硫胺素含量能满足生长前期北京鸭需要量,无需额外添加;生长前期北京鸭对过量硫胺素有一定的代谢能力,即一定范围内,硫胺素过量对生长前期北京鸭没有毒副作用。 A single factorial experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of thiamine on the production performance and slaughtering performance of 1 to 24 days old peking ducklings,and then determine the opti- mal requriment of thiamine in the diet for peking duckling.630 one-day-old male ducklings were randomly allotted into 9 treatments (0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0,4.0,16.0 mg/kg added) with 7 replicates of 10 ducklings each.The results showed that:different adding levels of thiamine did not affect average daily gain, breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate and abdominal fat rate significantly (P 〉 0.05) ,while average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio of 4 mg/kg adding group significantly increased(P 〈 0.05 );Thiamine in basis diet could meet the requirement of early growth of Peking ducks without supple ment;what's more,excessive thiamine had no-side effects on peking ducklings,for ducklings had partly metabolic ability of excessive thiamine.
