摘 要: 以水为溶剂,茶多酚(TP)还原AgNO3制备了银纳米颗粒。利用傅里叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)、透射电镜(TEM)研究了TP的还原性以及纳米Ag颗粒的形貌。为了制备粒径更小、分散性更好的银纳米颗粒,采用静电纺丝技术制备PAN纳米纤维负载的银纳米颗粒,并通过琼脂平皿扩散法研究了银纳米颗粒/PAN纳米纤维的抗菌性能。研究结果表明,与水相合成的银纳米颗粒相比,负载于PAN纳米纤维上的银纳米颗粒粒径更小、分散性更好,且表现出良好的抗菌效果。 This paper prepares Ag nanoparticles with water as the solvent and reduction of AgNO3 by tea polyphenols (TP) and uses Fourier transformation infrared spectrum (FTIR), UV-Vis spectroscopy (UV-Vis), transmission electron microscope (TEM) to study the reducibility of TP and feature of Ag nanoparticles. In order to prepare Ag nanoparticles with a smaller grain size and better dispersity, this paper uses electrospinning to prepare Ag nanoparticles in PAN nanofibers and study antibacterial properties of Ag nanoparticles/PAN nanofibers with agar plate diffusion method. The research result shows that Ag nanoparticles in PAN nanofibers have a better grain size and better dispersity and present a better antibacterial effect compared to Ag nanoparticles with water-phase synthesis.
