新型有机膦羧酸(AADMP)的阻垢缓蚀性能试验研究

摘  要: 采用鼓泡法评定了α-氨基己二酸-N,N-二甲叉膦酸(AADMP)的阻垢性,研究了AADMP药剂的浓度、Ca2+的浓度、溶液的pH值及其温度对其阻垢性的影响,用旋转挂片失重法评定AADMP的缓蚀性能。试验研究表明:AADMP是适用于较高Ca2+浓度、弱碱性范围、中低温度的阻垢剂。推荐阻垢剂的浓度为25 mg/L时,阻垢率可达到80%。AADMP的加入量为30 mg/L时,对于A3碳钢和黄铜试片的缓蚀率可达80%以上;与Zn2+复配,AADMP的加入量为5 mg/L,Zn2+的浓度为4 mg/L时,对于A3碳钢和黄铜试片的缓蚀率在90%左右。因此,AADMP是一种有效的阻垢缓蚀剂。 The anti-scale of α-aminoadipic acid-N, N'-dimethylidene-phosphonic acid (AADMP) were assessed by the bubbling method. The effect of scale inhibitor concentration, pH, [Ca2+] , and temperature on AADMP performance were discussed. And the anticorrosion property of AADMP was assessed by a rotary hanged weight losing method. The test results indicated: AADMP is fit for conditions as follows: high rigidity, pH weakly alkaline value, medium low water tempera- ture. Recommended scale inhibitor concentration for 25 mg/L, the scale inhibition rate reached 80%.30 mg/L of AADMP showed well effect of anticorrosion rate for A3 carbon steel and copper anticorrosion rate reach above 80%. Under the running condition of 5 mg/L of AADMP and 4 mg/L of Zn2+, the antieorossion rate of A3 carbon steel and copper were about 90%. So the AADMP is an excellent performance of scale and corrosion inhibitor.
