摘　　要： 通过珠三角地区43间二甲级以上医院对高职医学检验技术专业岗位能力需求情况的调研,了解用人单位对高职高专医学检验技术专业学生的素质要求、理论知识要求、实践技能要求和课程设置要求,以此对医学检验技术专业的教学工作进行审视、反思、改革和补充,使之适应检验医学发展的需要,真正达到＂以就业为导向,以岗位需求为目标,以技能培养为主线,实现毕业就业岗位零距离＂的目标。 Through the pearl river delta region and two serie a hospital between above of higher vocational medical inspection technology professional post ability of demand, research, understand the employing units of vocational medical inspection technology professional student＇s quality requirements, theoretical knowledge requirements, practical skills requirements and curriculum requirements, in order to medical inspection technology professional teaching work, introspection, look at reform and added to make to the testing medical development needs, achieve true＂to the employment as the guidance, take positions demand as the goal, the skills training as main, realize the graduation jobs zero distance＇goal.
