葡萄根系分泌物与腐解物不同萃取组分的化感效应

摘  要: 为研究根系分泌物和腐解物中不同萃取组分的化感效应,本试验以贝达葡萄为试材,收集葡萄根系分泌物和根系腐解物,分别用正己烷、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取将其分成不同极性的组分,各组分浓缩后加入培养基中,研究其对葡萄组培苗的综合化感效应。结果表明:不同极性的根系分泌物和腐解物对葡萄组培苗的影响不同,在根系分泌物中,只有三氯甲烷萃取相使葡萄组培苗各部分的生长量有所降低,在根系腐解物中,4种萃取组分中只有极性最大的正丁醇组分使葡萄组培苗各部分的生长量有所增加,而正己烷、三氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯组分使组培苗各部分的生长量有所减少,其中三氯甲烷组分的作用最明显,其地上鲜重、株高、地下鲜重和平均根长分别减少了26.92%、23.99%、13.79%和26.36%。 In order to study the allelopathy of different extraction components in grape root exudates and root decomposing products,root exudates and decomposing products of Beta were collected and extracted by different polarities extractions such as n-hexane,chloroform,ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol.The allelopathy of all kinds of concentrated extraction on the grape tissue cultivation seedlings was studied.The results showed that the different polarity constituents of root exudates and decomposing products had different effects.In root exudates,only the chloroform extraction phase made all parts′ growth of grape tissue cultivation seedlings decrease.In root decomposing products among these four kinds of extractions,only the n-butyl alcohol component promoted the growth of the grape tissue cultivation seedlings with the largest polarity increased while the other extraction components decreased the growth.The effect of the chloroform component was most obvious,the fresh weight of shoot,plant height,fresh weight of root and the average length of root decreased by 26.92%,23.99%, 13.79% and 6.36% respectively.
