摘　　要： 简述几种高性能合成纤维的制造工艺、基本结构和性能特点及其在造纸工业等领域的应用。这些纤维主要包括芳纶、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维、PBO纤维、芳砜纶、聚苯硫醚纤维等。 This topic deals with the manufacture processes, structure and properties of some high per- formance synthetic fibers including aromatic fibers, UHMWPE fiber, polysulphonamide fiber and polyphenylene sulfide fiber. The application and prospects （especially in paper industry） of these fi- bers, which have special functions, are also discussed.
