摘 要: 介绍了过氧化氢全新的合成途径,通过氢氧混合气直接合成过氧化氢的方法,对反应的压力,温度和催化剂进行了深入的研究;并应用高效液相色谱分析法和高锰酸钾滴定分析法对过氧化氢作定性及定量分析,产品产率达到157.62 mol.kgc-a t1.h-1.研究结果表明在催化剂存在下,氢氧混合气体合成了过氧化氢的较佳条件. A new way of producing hydrogen peroxide by direct synthesis from H2/O2 is described. A detailed study of the reaction conditions, including pressure, temperature and the catalyst effect is reported. The effi- ciency of the reaction system was established by qualitative and quantitative analysis of hydrogen peroxide by high performance liquid chromatography and titration of potassium permanganate.
