摘　　要： 自我中心主义的基本特征是自私和自傲,它实际上是一个由病态的自爱和自尊编织的幻觉牢笼,使人无法正视自我与世界之间的真实关联。自我中心主义的思维方式势必造成自我与他人之间的紧张和冲突,是人际失和的重要根源。先秦儒学中的"忠恕之道"、"躬自厚而薄责于人"、"以直报怨"等思想资源无疑对克服自我中心主义,走向人际和谐提供了重要启示。 The basic characteristics of egocentrism are selfish and arrogant. The egocentrism is actually an illusion-cage weaved by morbid self-love and self-respect, which disables people to face up to the true relationship between self and the world. The thinking way of egocentrism is bound to create tension and conflict between the self and others and it is the main source of interpersonal disharmony. In the Pre-Qin Confucianism, the thought resources such as ＂doctrine of loyalty and forgiveness＂, ＂require much from oneself and little from others＂ and ＂meet resentment with upright dealing＂ have provided important inspiration to overcome egocentrism and move forward the harmonious interpersonal.
