摘　　要： 发根农杆菌介导的植物遗传转化是近年来发展起来的一项新的植物遗传转化技术。本文就发根农杆菌 Ri质粒的结构、发根农杆菌介导的植物遗传转化的方法和步骤 。 Hairy root transformed by Agrobacterium rhizogenes is a new useful gen transferring method.It has been widely used to produce secondary metabolities.The review summaries the structure of A.rhizogenes ,the method and steps of the transformation and the application to obtain useful compounds from medicinal plants.
