1998年季风试验期间南海蒸发波导特征分析

摘  要: 利用1998年南海季风试验期间"科学1号"和"实验3号"科考船每天四次的高分辨率探空数据,分析了南海季风爆发前后蒸发波导特征。结果表明:南海季风爆发后蒸发波导发生概率大于爆发前,且南海南部发生概率大于北部;南海蒸发波导具有明显的日变化特征,总体上呈现"低-高-低"的趋势,波导强度日变化比波导高度日变化剧烈;季风爆发前的波导强度和高度比爆发后的方差小,较稳定;季风期间南海南部的波导强度总体上比北部强,波导高度比北部低。这可能是西南季风的爆发改变了近海面大气边界层结构引起的。 Based on four times daily GPS sounding datasets obtained by R/V Kexue #1 and R/V Shiyan #3 during the South China Sea Summer Monsoon Experiment (SCSMEX) in 1998, the characteristics of the evaporation duct before and after monsoon onset over the SCS are analyzed. The results show that the occurrence probability of the evaporation duct during the period ofpre-monsoon is higher than that during the active period, and it is higher over the southern SCS than over the northem SCS. The evaporation duct over the SCS has diurnal variation with a feature of low-high-low in general. The daily oscillation of the duct strength is more evident than the height. And both variances of the duct height and strength before are smaller than those after the monsoon. There is a stronger duct strength but lower duct height over the southern SCS than that over the northern SCS, which could be caused by the structure variation of the atmospheric boundary layer near sea surface due to the monsoon onset.
