摘　　要： 通过对太钢450m2烧结机的生产数据进行统计、分析和研究,得出烧结机机速与混合料上料量、主抽风门开度、台时产量等参数之间的对应关系,建立生产参数控制模块,用于生产控制和工况判断,进一步细化了烧结生产精细化操作,使烧结矿质量得到改善,烧结矿转鼓强度提高0.67个百分点,-5 mm含量降低0.30个百分点,5~10mm含量降低0.69个百分点,烧返比降低0.87个百分点。 The statistics,analysis and study of production data for Taisteel 450 m2 sinter machine were given,and the corresponding relationships between parameters, such as sintering machine speed, mixture feeding quantity, the air damper opening of the main exhauster and the output per set and hour were concluded. The production parameters control modules were established for production control and identification of working conditions, the fine operation of sintering production was given in detail further, the sinter quality was improved, the sinter tumbler strength increased by 0.67 %, the content of - 5 m m sinters decreased by 0.30% ,and the content of 5 ～ 10 mm sinters decreased by 0.69%, and the sinter return fines ratio reduced by 0.87%.
