摘 要: 研究湿热法在废油脂处理中的应用,考察了温度、压力、时间和水用量等处理因素对实验结果的影响,确定了最佳处理条件,即:废油脂30g、水12g于100℃密闭湿热处理45min,所得油脂的品质明显改善,酸值由2.26mg KOH/g降为2.06mg KOH/g,碘值由73.84g/100g降为70.80g/100g,皂化值由200.27mg KOH/g升至204.39mg KOH/g。上述结果表明,经湿热法处理后的油脂更适合于生物柴油的制备。 The treatment of waste oil using moist of different conditions were investigated and the heating method was studied in this paper. The effects optimum conditions were as follows. 30 g waste oil with 12 g water was treated for 45 min at 100 ℃. It was found that the quality of oil was improved obviously. Acid value and iodine value of the treated oil decreased from 2. 26 mgKOH/g to 2. 06 mgKOH/g and from 73. 84 g/100 g to 70. 80 g/100 g, inspectively, and the saponification value increased from 200. 27 mg KOH/g to 204. 39 mg KOH/g. The above results indicated that, the waste oil treated by moist heating method was more appropriate for the preparation of biodiesel.
