摘 要: 利用BLAST、Neural Network Promoter Prediction、ORF Finder、CpG Island Searcher和TF SEARCH等在线软件预测鸡的PGC1-α基因的5’调控区的启动子、开放阅读框、CpG岛及转录因子结合位点。结果显示,鸡与其他物种的PGC1-α核苷酸序列同源性很高,达84%以上;PGC1-α基因5’调控区序列上启动子可能位于1 900 bp处;评分在85分以上时,该区域具有221个潜在的转录因子结合位点;有12个潜在的转录因子结合位点评分在95分以上;最大ORF位于1 411~1 617位核苷酸,共编码69个氨基酸;CpG岛为200 bp区间(1 900~2 100 bp)。 The paper used on-line analysis software BLAST, Neural Network Promoter Prediction, TF SEARCH and so on, to predict promoter, open reading frame (ORF), CpG island and transcriptional factors binding sites on 5 'UTR sequence properties of PGCI-α in Chicken. The results showed that its homology with PGCI-α between chicken and other species was up to 84 %. The promoter regions might locate at 1 900 bp, and the CpG islands located between 1 900-2 100 bp, and there were 12 potential promoters in this region. By bioinformatics tool, 21 transcriptional factors binding sites were predicted with scores over 85 and 12 transcriptional factors binding sites were predicted when scores were higher than 95.
