摘 要: 综述了近年来运动营养食品定义变化、国内外发展概况及相关研究进展。目前我国对运动饮料的定义强调了运动饮料被机体快速吸收的特点;欧美等发达国家运动营养食品起步较早,我国运动营养食品起步较晚,但发展迅速;运动营养食品的功能成分研究和应用得到了拓展。分析了我国运动营养食品的存在问题,并展望了我国运动营养食品的市场前景和发展趋势。 The changes of definition, development status, and related research advances of sports foods were summarized in the paper. The current definition for sports foods in China places more emphasis on quick absorption; the developed countries such as United States and West European countries has a relatively long history of sports foods development, while the development of sports foods in China has a shorter history, yet it develops rapidly; the functional ingredients for the development of sports foods were also extensively investigated. At the same time, problems were also pointed out and market prospects and development trends of sports foods in China were analyzed.
