摘 要: 建立同时测定香兰素、香兰素醇、香兰素酸和阿魏酸4种组分的毛细管电泳法。研究运行缓冲液的组成、pH值和浓度、分离电压、进样时间及检测波长等对分离效率的影响,获得最优的测定条件。以熔融石英毛细管为分离通道,工作电极电位20kV、20℃、进样时间5s、检测波长280nm,在pH9.23、浓度30mmol/L硼砂缓冲液中,4组分获得良好的分离。该法应用于当归、胡黄连和奶糖等样品的检测分析,结果令人满意。 Vanillin, vanillin alcohol, vanillin acid, and ferulic acid were determined simultaneously by capillary electrophoresis. The effects of composition, pH and concentration of the running buffer, separation voltage, injection time, and detection wavelength on separation efficiency were investigated with the aim of establishing optimum detection conditions. Four analytes were well separated under the optimized conditions: a fused silica capillary as separation channel, working voltage of 20 kV, detection temperature of 20 ℃, injection time of 5 s, detection wavelength of 280 nm and Na2B4O7-H3BO3 solution (30 mmol/L, pH 9.23) as running buffer. This method has been successfully applied to analyze Radix Angelicae sinensis, Rhizoma Picrorhizae and toffee.
