摘 要: 确定合理的投资比例是优化农村基础设施投资结构,确保农村基础设施建设顺利进行的基础.将Markowitz均值方差模型应用于农村基础设施投资,建立农村基础设施最优投资比例模型,寻求整体收益最大时各类农村基础设施的最优投资比例.考虑农村基础设施投资收益的模糊不确定性采用模糊数学知识对模型求解,并以陕西地区农村为例对模型进行应用,验证模型的可行性. A model based on Markowitz mean-variance model is established to find the optimal investment proportion in rural infrastructure with the maximum return and optimize the structure of rural infrastructure investment.With the fuzziness of rural infrastructure returns,fuzzy mathematical method is used for model solution.Rural Shaanxi is taken as an example of application to test the feasibility of the model.
