Sino-Japanese relations have shown a complex triple face between Gengzi incident and the Revolution of 1911.First of all, senior officials and social elites of China and Japan have had close contacts openly or privately.Secondly, newspapers around the country translated and published a large number of speech advocates about the reform of the Qing Dynasty addressed by Japanese senior officials and social elites.Lastly, the social change in China led entirely by a great many students having studied in Japan who worked in government departments and participated in local affairs after returning home.Through carefully combing their activities during the Qing Dynasty "New Deal",we can be sure that the doctors of law having studied in Japan play an important role in the Sino-Japanese cultural exchange, and even guide and promote the transformation of knowledge and institution in modern China.
