英红九号茶树施用硒肥的富硒及产量品质效应
Effect of selenium-rich,yields and quality by applying selenium fertilizer on Yinghong 9 tea trees

摘  要: 以硒光合菌肥(含硒0.156 mg/mL)为硒源、英红九号为试验品种,研究了茶树外施(叶面、根际)不同浓度硒肥的富硒效应及对茶叶产量、品质的影响。结果显示,不同施硒浓度、施硒方式对茶叶含硒量有明显影响,施硒浓度与茶叶含硒量呈显著正相关(r=0.48**),但浓度过高会影响茶树对硒的吸收。施硒肥10 d后,叶施处理茶叶含硒量为0.157~0.389 mg/kg,根施处理茶叶含硒量为0.075-0.174 mg/kg,分别是对照的1.96~4.86倍、0.94~2.18倍,叶施的富硒效率优于根施,以叶施硒10 d后采制富硒茶为宜。中浓度硒肥(2.60~3.90 mg/kg)对茶树产量和品质有促进作用。 Using selenium Photosynthetic Bacterial(Se=0.156 mg/mL) as selenium source,designing different treatments of selenium concentration and applying methods(foliar and rhizosphere),the effects of selenium-rich and tea yields and quality of selenium fertilizer application on tea trees were studied.The results showed that different selenium concentrations had a significant impact on selenium content of tea,the selenium-fertilization concentration and the tea selenium content were significantly positively correlated(r=0.48**),application of high Se concentration might affect the absorption of tea selenium.After application of Se fertilizer 7 days,the selenium content of foliar treatments was 0.157-0.389 mg/kg,tea selenium content of rhizosphere treatments was 0.075~0.174 mg/kg,improving 1.96~4.86 and 0.94~2.18 times respectively in comparison with control,selenium-rich efficiency of foliar treatments was higher than that of rhizosphere treatments.Picking and processing selenium-rich tea was appropriate after the application of Selenium fertilizer through foliar 10 days.Middle concentrations of selenium fertilizer(2.60-3.90 mg/kg) could promote tea yield and quality.
