摘　　要： 本土企业自主创新能力不足制约我国汽车产业发展,汽车企业采取了技术引进和自主创新两种不同模式发展技术。本文认为行业集中度偏低、吸收能力低下、行政性垄断等因素导致企业内在的创新投资激励不足,是我国本土汽车企业与国外企业的技术创新差距不断扩大的关键因素。文章最后提出了促进我国本土汽车企业提高自主创新能力的政策建议。 The lack of independent innovation capability of local enterprises is the key factor to restrict the development of China＇s auto industry.China auto companies have take two different modes such as technology introduction and independent innovation to develop their own innovation ability.This paper argues that industry concentration is low,low absorptive capacity,administrative monopolies and other factors led to domestic auto companies is lack of internal incentives to innovate,and the innovation gap is widening compare to foreign enterprises.The article concludes with policy recommendations to promote China＇s domestic auto companies to improve the capability of independent innovation.
