摘　　要： 深圳市宝安区具有创意设计文化产业发展的良好基础,但仍然存在创意设计文化产业园区集聚的静态竞争力较弱,产业园区集聚效应不明显等问题。宝安区未来宜重点发展工业设计业、建筑景观设计业和广告创意与设计业三大类创意设计服务业。为促进该三大类产业的集群发展,在举措上需要积极推进产业社区建设,促进创意设计文化产业的资源集聚;引进培育龙头企业,带动行业集群;加强人才引进与培养,促进人才集群;举办系统节事活动,促进文化品牌集聚;要加强产权保护,优化产业发展环境。 Bao＇an has a good basis for creative desi-gn cultural industries development,however,it still has some problems such as creative design cultural industries parks＇ Static less competitive,and industrial park agglomeration effect is not obvious etc.Bao＇an District should focus on three categories of creative design services industry including industrial design,architectural landscape design and advertising creativity and design industry.To promote the development of the three main types of industry clusters,Bao＇an District needs to actively promote industrial community building and promote the cultural industry of creative design resource gathering;to introduce cultivate leading enterprises to drive the industry cluster;strengthen the talent introduction and training,promote the talents cluster;to organize systematic festival activities,and gathering promoting cultural brand;Finally,strengthen property rights protect to optimize the industrial development environment.
