摘　　要： 调查广州城市职业学院旅游系一、二年级的学生对实训基地建设与教学影响因素重要性的评价。研究主要采用SPSS13.0对数据进行描述性统计、方差分析(ANOVA)以及因素分析。研究结果显示,学生的性别与年级在重要性程度评价上没有显著性差异。学生认为重要的影响因素有:实训指导老师的及时反馈、实训设施设备的安全、指导老师的教学方法与操作技能及教学准备、实训所达到的效果。笔者运用因素分析方法抽取出5个公因素。 This paper aims at investigating students＇ perceptions and evaluations with specific reference to the construction of a product-oriented hotel training base at Guangzhou City Polytechnic. The result was derived from a survey of 185 students attending at least three hands-on lectures at the training base. The questionnaire comprised items relating to characteristics such as a base affecting students＇ practical training. Descriptive statistics, ANOVA and factor analysis were conducted utilizing SPSS 13.0 software. It was found that importance was attached to promptness of feedback for mistakes made by students, safety and security of training facilities, adaption of teaching methods to meet different students＇ needs and circumstances, and instructors＇ preparation for lectures and demonstration of appropriate hands-on skills adequately.
