摘　　要： 两岸经济合作框架协议(ECFA)的签署是两岸经济和金融发展的重要合作契机,它将对区域经济的发展产生重要影响。珠三角已经成为台湾最大的贸易顺差来源之一。从影响两地区经贸合作的关键因素着手,探讨台商对珠三角投资所呈现出的主要特点。数据分析表明,两地区之间的贸易与台商对珠三角投资之间呈现出了长期稳定的协整关系;通过对珠三角台商投资新特点及台商融资需求分析,在两岸非政治领域交往经过整合逐步走向一体化的假设下,分短期和长期,尝试探讨珠三角地区台商投融资的发展路径;认为其关键因素还在于在ECFA框架下的制度创新。 As an important economic and financial event across the Taiwan Straits,signing the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement(ECFA) is to make a great impact on the regional development in China,This paper investigates key factors influencing Mainland-Taiwan cooperation,and studies the case in the Pearl River Delta Region,which has become one of Taiwan's largest sources of trade surplus,endeavoring to dig out characteristics of Taiwan Residents investment to that area.Data analyses reveal that Mainland-Taiwan trading has been maintaining a cointegration relationship with Taiwan Residents investment to the Pearl River Delta area.On the basis of need analyses of Taiwan Residents business financing,the paper also discusses approaches for them to making an investment and financing in the short and long run.The paper concludes that the key lies in systematical innovation within the framework of ECFA.
