摘 要: 为生产上合理使用化学药剂防治茄子黄萎病,采用牛津杯法,测定了多菌灵、三唑酮、甲基托布津、恶霉灵和氟硅唑等5种农药对茄子黄萎病菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:恶霉灵的抑菌效果最好,EC50和EC90分别为1.570 0g/mL和3.520 2g/mL;防治茄子黄萎病的最低抑菌浓度为1.25mg/mL,最低杀菌浓度为1.43mg/mL。建议,生产上使用浓度为1.43g/L(700倍液)的恶霉灵防治茄子黄萎病。 The authors used the oxford cup method to survey the antibacterial activity of several fungicides on V. dahliae, which were Carbendazim, Triadimefon, Thiophanate-methyl, Hymexazol and Flusilazole, so as to rationally control V. dahliae using chemical agents. The results showed that Hymexazol had the best inhibitory effect, and its EC50 and EC90 were 1. 570 0 g/mL and 3. 520 2 g/mL respectively. The practical minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of drug dilution concentration on V. dahliae was 1. 25 mg/mL. Besides, the actual minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of drug dilution concentration was 1. 43 mg/mL.
