摘　　要： 南北朝虽处于对峙状态,但双方也经常互派使节,这些使节一般都能言善辩和博闻多识,这跟他们日常参与隶事活动有关,这种活动可以展示他们的博学,同时又能扩充知识,南朝使节大多是当时文坛精英,或与当时文坛领袖交往密切,他们作为外交使节的言辞辩论和作为文坛精英的文学创作都大量用典,引领了文坛用隶的风气。 Although the southern and northern dynasties were in confrontation, both sides frequently sent diplo- matic envoys to each other. These envoys were eloquent and knowledgeable owing to their daily participation in allegorical description activities which could not only show off their erudition but also help to enrich their knowl- edge. Most of the envoys in the southern dynasties were literary elites or those who had close communication with literary leaders. Their use of allusions in diplomacy and literary creation guided the trend of using allusions in lit- erary field.
