摘　　要： 目的:评价艾普拉唑和雷贝拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡的有效性、安全性和经济性。方法:259例十二指肠溃疡患者随机分为试验组129例和对照组130例,试验组予艾普拉唑肠溶片5 mg,po qd;对照组予雷贝拉唑肠溶片10 mg,po qd,疗程均为28 d;两组均采用克拉霉素片500 mg+甲硝唑片400 mg治疗,po bid,疗程7 d。结果:4周胃镜下溃疡显效率试验组92.25%,对照组为90.00%(P>0.05),不良反应发生率分别为10.08%和10.77%(P>0.05)。试验组和对照组成本分别为1739.26元和1814.79元。结论:艾普拉唑和雷贝拉唑均为治疗十二指肠溃疡的有效药物,但艾普拉唑略为经济。 Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness,safety and economy of ilaprazole and rabeprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer.Methods：259 cases of patients with duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into the treatment group （130） and controlled group（129）.The treatment group took ilaprazole 5 mg,po qd for 28d and the controlled group, rabeprazole 10 mg,po qd.The two groups used clarithromycin tablets 500mg ＋ metronidazole 400mg,po bid for 7 d.Results： The ulcer healing rate was 92.25%under the gastroscope examination for the treatment group 4 weeks later and 90.00%for the controlled group（P0.05 ）.The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.08%and 10.77%,respectively （P0.05）.The costs of the treatment group and the controlled group were 1739.26 yuan and 1 814.79 yuan.Conclusion： Ilaprazole and rabeprazole were the effective drugs in the treatment of duodenal ulcer,but ilaprazole was slightly more economical.
