压型钢面板的冷弯薄壁型钢开孔组合墙抗剪性能试验研究

摘  要: 对6块足尺单面压型钢面板的冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体进行开孔,通过水平单调加载和水平低周反复加载试验,研究了墙面板开孔形式对组合墙体墙体抗剪性能的影响,并对开孔组合墙体与无孔墙体的试验结果进行了对比,得出了开孔对墙体抗剪强度有一定削弱,但能较大幅度的提高墙体的延性和耗能能力。开孔墙体破坏方式主要从开孔处先发生破坏,开孔处未破坏前,同等荷载下,能有效保护自攻螺钉的连接;开孔处破坏后,开孔周围破坏范围扩大,但能保护墙体的整体性。开孔方式应避免在开孔处留下较大残余应力,开孔面积不宜过大,否则会引起墙体抗剪强度及延性的不足,影响耗能能力的提高。 In order to investigate the shear resistance of cold-formed steel studs walls,the holes are put in six cold-formed steel framed shear wall assembled with tapping corrugated sheet steel sheathing,which are tested under monotonic loading and cyclic loading respectively.Comparing with the experimental results of hole wall and without hole wall,it is shown that opening is weak for the wall shear strength,but it can improve wall ductility and energy dissipation capacity;The failure mode of wall with holes is from the opening at the first occurrence of destruction,before the destruction of the openings,the self-tapping screw connection can effectively protected under the same load.After the destruction of the openings,the extent of damage is expand,but the integrity of the wall can be protected;a large residual stress should be avoided in the openings,and the open area should not be too large,otherwise it will cause the shortage of the shear strength and ductility,and reduce the dissipation capacity.
