摘 要: 滚动轴承发生故障时,其振动信号常呈现出强烈的非平稳特性。提出了一种基于小波变换和固有时间尺度分解(Intrinsic Time-scale Decomposition,ITD)的滚动轴承故障诊断方法。阐述小波分析基本理论和ITD分解基本原理。着重介绍基于小波和ITD分解滚动轴承故障诊断。仿真信号和实验结果表明,以小波与ITD分解相结合的信号特征提取方法,能够准确有效地提取滚动轴承的故障特征。 The vibration signals of rolling bearing will present obviously non-stationary characters when fault occurred. A new method based on wavelet transformation and intrinsic time-scale decomposition (ITD) is proposed for the fault diagnosis of rolling beating. The basic principle of wavelet and basic principle of ITD are stated. Emphatically the fault diagnosis method is introduced. The results of emulation signals and experiment analysis show that the method combined wavelet and ITD can accurately extract the fault feature of rolling beating for diagnosis.
