摘　　要： 通过对复杂薄鹾零件硅胶模的制作工艺流程和技术特点的分析，讲述如何选择合理的方法快速制作出复杂零件的原型件，以及介绍对原型件进行后处理并以原犁件为母模制造出硅橡胶模具的关键技术。通过对复杂零什的硅胶模具快速制作的研究与实践，可以更好的理解和掌握快速模具制造技术，才能快速的制作出符合要求的复杂零件的眭胶模具。 Through the analysis of the manufacturing process and technical features of silicone mold of a complex thin-walled parts, describes how to choose a reasonable way to quickly create prototypes of complex parts, and introduce key technologies of the post-processing prototypes and prototype parts for the mother mold to create a silicone mold. Research and practice through the rapid production of silicone mold for complex parts, you can better understand and master rapid tooling technology to quickly produce a silicone mold for complex parts to meet the requirements.
