摘 要: 通过研究清除ABTS+·自由基实验,对其IC50进行比较,分析分子结构和环境因素影响邻氨基酚和邻苯二酚及其衍生物的抗氧化性抗氧化活性的规律。结果发现,邻氨基酚及其衍生物清除自由基能力强于标准抗氧化剂BHT,在冰醋酸环境,清除自由基能力基本不变,吡啶环境,增强清除自由基能力。 The amino phenol and catechol derivatives of scavenge ABTS ~ ~ free radical in different solu- tions is researched. Through studying on the ability of scavenging ABTS + ~ free radical and comparing their ICs0, the paper analyses the relationship about the molecular structure and solvents. Result shows the antioxidant of the amino phenol and catechol derivatives : amino phenol and its derivatives of scavenge ABTS +· free radical is stronger than BHT, acetic acid can make the capacity of scavenge radicals invari- able, pyridine can increase the capacity of scavenge radicals.
