摘　　要： 基于对深圳市交通无障碍环境特征及问题成因的识别,以及对全市主要受益群体出行诉求的分析,研究提炼出了适用于深圳市的无障碍通用设计理念。在无障碍环境设计理念指导下,深圳市从宏观层面制定交通无障碍规划体系,涵盖慢行通道、常规公共交通、轨道交通及枢纽、交通工具、交通无障碍导盲系统、交通标识等;在中观层面针对性地提出差异化的分区发展规划指引,对各层面交通无障碍设施要素进行系统的整合;在微观层面提出适合深圳市的交通无障碍设施精细化设计指引。 Base on distinguishing of accessible traffic feature,issue and citizen’s appeal,Shenzhen accessible traffic system plan proposes the general design.With the general design,the plan formulates the accessible traffic plan system in macroscopic lay,including the slow passageway,convention public transit,track traffic and hub,vehicle,guide blind system and traffic signs;proposes the differentiation zone plan and integration of traffic facility in medium lay;proposes the refine plan in microcosmic lay.
