摘 要: 本文回顾当建筑学系系主任八年间的一些事情。1995年时,我系教师队伍青黄不接,缺少帅材、将才。广纳精英,培养人材,带领队伍,求得各学科的发展,是全系的大事。 This paper reviews the old stories during the eight years when the author was the Head of the Department of Architecture. The situation was not good for the structure of our teachers as being short of the leading talent for research and teaching. Strategy was then made to introduce excellent talents, to foster young teachers, and to lead all staffs to a new academic level at that time.
