摘 要: 根据马铃薯挖掘机振动特点,运用SG106压电式加速度传感器及其无线采集元件,分3种工况测试4 SW-170马铃薯挖掘机机箱与横梁等测点的动态响应,使用Matlab编程对采样信号处理分析,得到了测点在不同工况下的振动加速度时程曲线和傅立叶变换频谱。研究结果表明,4SW-170马铃薯挖掘机不同工况条件,不同部位的振动强度和频率结构是不同的。田间作业、空载运转、拆除摆动筛,3种工况下横梁的振动加速度有效值分别为0.19g,0.741g,0.28g(g为重力加速度,g=9.8m/s2)。田间作业时比试验台空载有效值降低75%,无摆动筛比有摆动筛有效值降低62%。空载运转时转速每增加30r/min,横梁位移平均增大约0.8mm,达到预定转速203r/min时,位移幅值约为5mm。 Based on the characteristics of vibration of potato diggers,the dynamic responses of the testing spots on the chassis and the beam of type 4SW-170 potato digger were measured by SG106 piezoelectric type accelerate sensor and its wireless element for gathering in there different working conditions.Then,the sampled data was analyzed by Matlab,and the time-process curves of vibration acceleration and the spectrum of Fourier transform on the testing spots were achieved under the three working conditions of the potato digger working in the fields,the potato digger that included idling and the potato digger without separating screens.The results showed that vibration strength and frequency structure of any spot of the potato digger were different with the other working conditions.The valid value of the vibration acceleration of the testing spots under the three working conditions were 0.19g,0.741g and 0.28g.
