摘 要: 雷达遥感工作在微波波段,它能够穿透雨雪云雾的影响,受大气的影响较小,具有全天候、全天时的工作能力,为自然灾害的监测评估提供了强有力的技术手段。本文针对C波段星载SAR系统在洪涝、干旱、滑坡泥石流灾害方面的应用,综合分析了成像雷达遥感在地质灾害调查识别、监测、评估中具有的独特优势。为使C波段SAR系统获得较为有效的灾害监测结果,分析了不同灾种监测需要选择的不同工作模式和相关系统参数,得到了洪涝、干旱、滑坡泥石流灾害监测评估时所需的系统观测模式,为我国减灾防灾平台建设提供技术支持。 Radar imaging can penetrate rain,snow and fog,which makes it rarely impacted by atmosphere.The capability of all-time and all-weather makes it a powerful technique for the monitoring and evaluation of the natural disasters.This paper systematically analyzes the special advantages of radar imaging in identifying,monitoring and evaluating the geo-hazards toward the application of C-band SAR in flood,drought and landslide.The analysis of different SAR modes and relevant system parameters in C-band SAR system provides an appropriate observation for different kinds of disasters.The selection results of C-band SAR mode can support the platform construction for disaster reduction.
