摘　　要： 广州民航职业技术学院的大学生党员培训效果整体良好,但也存在着一定的问题。为提高大学生党员教育培训水平,建议完善教育培训机制,提高教育培训的系统性;适应教育环境的变化,提高教育培训的普适性;满足教育对象的需求,提高教育培训的针对性。 The training of the college student CPC Members have achieved good results overall in Guangzhou Civil Aviation College, but there are also some problems. Some measures are recommended to improve education and training of the student CPC members： improving the education and training mechanisms, adapting to changes in the educational environment, improving the education and training of universality, meeting the needs of educational objects, and improving the relevance of education and training.
