摘　　要： 以非负独立成分分析(NonICA)进行特征约简,在约简后的数据集上用DEA方法,针对广东省科技金融投入进行效益评价。研究结果表明,广东省2000—2007年的金融投入重数量、轻质量,重速度、轻基础,呈现DEA无效状态。后有所改变,但欠显著。基于此,广东省科技金融应该从粗放投入到集约发展转变。 For the scienticific input problem in Finance in Guangdong Province in recent years, non-negative independent component analysis （NonICA） is first used for feature reduction, and then DEA method is used for efficiency evaluation of scienticific input in Guangdong Province. The study re- suits show financial input presents invalid state of DEA because it is paid more attention to the quantity than the quality and also paid more attention to the development speed than the foundation from 2003 to 2007, so the development mode of scienticific input of finance in Guangdong Province should transform from extensive investment to intensive development
