摘　　要： 大学阶段是一个人成长的关键时期,大学生心理上正在逐渐成熟,在大学的学习和生活中常会遇到环境适应、专业发展、人际关系、经济、择业、恋爱等各方面的挫折和冲突。本文通过对独立学院大学生心理状况的抽样调查,分析大学生心理发展的现状以及存在的问题,对大学生的主要心理问题的成因进行分析,在掌握独立学院大学生心理特点的情况下,探讨如何进行心理调适。 University stage is a critical period of growth,mature college students psychologically is encountered in the university learning and life of the environmental adaptation,professional development,interpersonal relationships,economic,career,love and other aspects of frustration and conflict.In this paper,a sample survey of independent college students＇ psychological status,analyze the current situation and existing problems of students＇ psychological development,the causes of major psychological problems of college students to explore how psychological analysis,in the case of an independent college students＇ psychology adjustment.
