摘　　要： 高职院校可以根据自身发展的特点,发挥思政教育的优势,以职业素质培养为核心,整合和拓展思政教育的内容。以职业理想教育为出发点,以职业道德教育为基本要求,以职业能力教育为中心任务,以职业心理教育为辅助,实现对学生职业素质的培养。 Vocational colleges based on the characteristics of their own development, play to the advantages of the ideological and political education, professional quality training as the core, integrate and expand the content of the ideological and political education. Professional ideal as a starting point, professional ethics education as the basic requirements, professional competence education as the central task, vocational and psychological education as a secondary, and realize the cultivation of studcnts＇ vocational quality.
