摘　　要： 为了贯彻落实2010年6月教育部"卓越计划"项目,2011年广州中医药大学在全国中医药院校中率先试点开展"卓越医师教育计划",并于当年开始招收中医拔尖创新人才"卓越班",即硕博连读,中期考核,5年贯通。针对广州中医药大学一二三树状型招生平台构建和运行机制,探讨卓越中医药人才招生的意义,表明:一二三树状型招生平台对于选拔卓越中医药人才具有重要理论和现实意义。 For implementing the program of＂outstanding plan＂of the Ministry of Education in June,2010,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine has been the first to launch a pilot of＂outstanding physician education plan＂in 2011,and offered＂outstanding class＂with MD-PhD continuous project and mid-term examination throughout 5 years for training TCM top-notch innovative talents.The paper discussed the theoretic and practical significance of enrolling excellent TCM talents based on the construction and operation of 1-2-3 tree-like platform in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
