摘　　要： 针对科技期刊审稿中存在的问题,从审稿流程设计、审稿专家数据库的建立和动态管理及发挥责任编辑主观能动性的角度,探讨了优化科技期刊审稿的具体措施,以期能为其他期刊提供借鉴. In accordance with the problems appeared in the peer review process of sci-tech journals, this paper proposes several optimization methods from the following three aspects： the design of peer reviewing procedure, the establishment and dynamic management of expert database, and how to full play the editor＇s imitativeness.
