摘　　要： 语言是人类表达思想感情、传递信息最重要的工具,它随着社会的产生而产生,随社会的发展而发展。"文化"是人类的所作所为,包括精神文化和物质文化两个方面。语言和文化之间存在着相互影响、相互制约的双向关系。作为中华文化的主要载体,汉语言文字的发展,必然反映出中华文化的发展,而地域文化也必然会在汉语方言中得到反映。 Language is an important tool of exPressing idea and emotions and conveying message, which rises and develops as the society does. ＂Culture＂ is human being＇s conduct including two aspects of spirit and material culture. There is two-way relationship, influenced and restricted each other, between language and euhure. As a main carrier of the Chinese culture, Chinese language must reflect the development of Chinese culture while the local culture also reflect in Chinese dialect.
