摘　　要： 近年来越来越多的植物多糖被分离提取出来,相关的生物活性被揭示。文中对植物来源多糖的分离、提取、功能作用及其应用开发进行了综述,并对其今后的发展方向进行了展望,旨在为植物多糖的研究提供信息。 In recent years a growing number of polysaccharides derived from plants was extracted and it＇s relevant biological activity was also revealed.The research progress on its character,isolation and extraction,biological function and application development of polysaccharide that derived from plants were introduced,the future research trends of polysaccharide were also proposed,which aimed to provide information for the polysaccharide research.
